Camper Trailer Mattresses

One of the many joys of sleeping in a camper trailer is the places it can take you and the wonderful experiences you can have. After a hard day driving and exploring it is important to get a good nights sleep ready for the next day. Made to Measure Mattresses have specifically designed a mattress for camper trailers - the low profile mattress - as it is lower in height but high in comfort. The overall height of the mattress is 150mm. It is lighter in weight than standard mattresses and has air vents along each side to reduce heat and moisture. They are made single sided with the underside using a rubber based backing.

The low profile innerspring mattress is available in a medium density or firm density. A softer mattress is available but at the slightly higher height of 180mm.

Most camper trailer mattresses are a standard double or queen size but we can make a mattress to suit your requirements, including cut corners.

Some camper trailer mattresses need to be made in 2 pieces, for example the Jayco Expanda or the Ultimate Camper mattresses. We make the mattresses in 2 equal halves then you have the choice to have a zip put down the middle to keep the 2 pieces together or not.

On the odd occasion, some camper trailer mattresses can only go to a maximum of 130mm in height, we can also do this with innerspring mattresses, and they are also constructed like the 150mm finished height camper trailer mattresses, where again the comfort is not compromised.

For measurements, if you are local, the best option would be to bring the camper trailer to our factory/showroom so we can take the measurements for you, this assures that the completed mattress will be finished the perfect size and shape. Alternatively, if you are unable to get to our factory, or you are interstate, we can advise you and talk to you over the phone how to get the exact measurements for your mattress.
